This Buddha amulet  was build for celebrated the victory of King Naresuan (The great king of Ayutthaya kingdom of Siam/Thailand) to king of Burmese,Minchit Sra, in the personal battle on elephant in 1593 AD. 

So this amulet was named  "Victory Buddha" or "Phra Chai"  in Thai. This item was found at the bottom of Chao phraya river, in Ayutthaya in the middle of Thailand.

This auction is an ancient money from ancient Lan chang kingdom, knows as "Boat", "Canoe" or  "lat" (Leeh figure) money in the local dialect, were minted during the reign of the  Lan Chang kingdom from 13-17 century (Today is some area of north-east of Thailand and some area in the west of Lao) by the government/ruler at that time.  The obverse was stamped with elephant between 2 Chakra (Vishnu's Weapon) figure. The Reverse was hammered.
