This auction for antique red stone carved caskets , made from red quartz, from Pyu kingdom.This item was made for keeping holy relics (Phra that) of Buddha or monk saint for worship in former time.
Date : 2nd - 11th century.
Material : color translucent stone.
Condition : excellent, covered with limestone patina due to the age.
Size : 25mm. height, bottom dia.13mm, lip dia.24 mm.
